By submitting a price quotation, or accepting a Daifuku America Corporation or an AC&E purchase order, Supplier/Seller/Contractor agrees to sell and deliver the goods or services specified in Daifuku America Corporation's or its affiiates' purchase order in accordance with the terms and conditions published on our website. All terms and conditions proposed by the Supplier/Seller/Contractor that are different from the terms and conditions published here are expressly rejected.
