Daifuku’s Conveying Flow System transports raw materials and finished goods in a predetermined path. Daifuku’s unique conveyor systems achieve zero-pressure accumulation through an indirect drive system. Zero-pressure accumulation ensures that items on the conveyor do not come into contact with each other, protecting product during transportation.
Available in roller, belt and chain configurations, Daifuku’s conveying flow systems are capable of transporting small packages and cartons to heavy pallet loads. Featuring accumulation, power roller, alignment, roller curve, junction, free roller, accumulation diverter and merge modules, it provides versatility for a broad range of material movement applications and is readily integrated with a variety of storage, sorting, palletizing and picking systems.
Daifuku’s STVs and AGVs complement the automation of input/output processes and interstation transport, replacing the need for forklift trucks and handcarts.
Daifuku manufactures a complete line of high quality, low noise, long-life case and pallet conveyors
